Die Lage

Apartment-Bianca liegt in der Nähe vom Stadtzentrum, zirka 20 Gehminuten von der Salzburger Altstadt entfernt – im Stadtteil Maxglan. Mit dem Bus sind es 3 Stationen bis in die Altstadt. Man ist einerseits gleich in der Stadt, aber in der anderen Richtung auch gleich am Land. Somit bieten sich Spaziergänge im Grünen ebenso an wie ein Fußmarsch ins Zentrum.

Location

Apartment-Bianca is located near the city center, about 20 minutes walk from the old town of Salzburg, in the district of Maxglan. There are a total of 3 stops to the old town by bus. The place is close to the city, but in the other direction it is also close to the country side, offering walks to the countryside as well as to the center.

Das Haus und die Apartments

Das Einfamilienhaus liegt direkt an der Nussdorferstrasse, wurde 2017 neu gebaut und ist unser Zuhause. Es stehen auf dem Gründstück zwei Apartments zur Auswahl, die beide voll ausgestattet sind. Das Superior-Apartment ist als eigenständige Einliegerwohnung im Einfamilienhaus integriert und hat einen eigenen Eingang an der Nussdorferstrasse. Das Garten-Apartment ist ein eigenes Gebäude im Garten des Grundstücks und liegt dadurch etwas ruhiger. Das Gebäude ist Altbestand, wurde jedoch 2016 isoliert und renoviert.

Gebührenfreie Parkmöglichkeiten sind ausreichend in der kleinen Seitenstraße gleich neben Apartment-Bianca vorhanden.

House and apartments

The house, located directly on the Nussdorferstrasse, was built in 2017 and is also our home. There are two apartments on the property – both are fully equipped. The Superior-Apartment is integrated as a separate flat in a family house and has its own entrance on the Nussdorferstrasse. The Garden-Apartment is a private building in the garden of the property and is therefore a little quieter. The building is old, but was isolated and renovated in 2016.


Free parking facilities are available in the small side street next to Apartment-Bianca.
